孩子沉迷网络不愿意学习,为了打游戏与家人争吵、动手,不爱社交,遇到这种情况,家长应该怎么办?日前,为了厘清儿童青少年出现网络沉迷的心理因素,提高儿童青少年的网络素养及自我控制能力,上海市儿童医院儿童保健科于近期开设了“网络沉迷门诊”。
记者从上海市儿童医院儿童保健科主任、网络沉迷门诊医生陈津津处获悉,实际上,“网络沉迷”往往并不是孩子一个人的问题,经医生诊断,不少出现孩子沉迷网络问题的家庭,迫切需要重建正常的家庭沟通模式。
网络沉迷是一种网络使用失控行为,它是一种因过度使用、误用或滥用网络所引发的深度着迷状态,通常伴有难以抗拒、不能控制的再度使用欲望,并导致个人社交与身心健康受到影响,出现为了上网而牺牲睡眠时间,耽误学习、工作或忽视人际关系等问题。
近年来,随着移动互联网的发展,不少家长发现孩子有沉迷网络问题,并严重影响到日常学习生活,乃至引发心理问题。
14岁的小骆(化名)目前就读初三,从进入初中后,小骆手机、平板不离手,作息紊乱,成绩下滑明显,晚上偷偷在房间里打游戏,拒绝跟家人沟通,时常与老师、同学发生争吵,甚至与家人大打出手。母亲无奈带孩子到上海市儿童医院儿童保健科就诊。
经过与孩子深入沟通,医生发现孩子并不单是打游戏沉迷,还在某平台上有自己的账号,经常发布视频,一些视频播放量10万以上,粉丝1万多,从中获得了不小的成就感。
而在家庭方面,孩子父亲常年在国外,父子沟通很少,这几年孩子与父亲见面的机会更是少了很多;母亲全职照顾孩子,对其学业要求较高。
经医生与母亲、孩子面谈,填写量表评估网络沉迷程度后发现,孩子存在社交苦恼、焦虑情绪,个性特征为敏感、偏内向。父母教养方式中情感温暖理解较少、惩罚否认较多,孩子的网络沉迷属于一级(轻度)。
医生最终的“治疗办法”并不是用药,而是与父母沟通如何倾听孩子,重建家庭沟通模式;传授给孩子社交技巧,通过正念治疗减压,接纳情绪,加强自律,提升对网络的正确认识及使用。
经过一段时间的治疗,亲子关系得到了很大改善,孩子缩短了使用网络时间,在学校也交到几个朋友。
陈津津告诉记者,孩子出现网络沉迷的问题,家长亦有责任。当前,一些家长对孩子过度使用网络的管控态度“多元”,有的对孩子约束过严,有的过松。一旦出现问题,有的家长会采取“没收手机”“砸坏电脑”或者“暴力戒断”等手段,极易引发亲子矛盾与冲突,有时甚至还会酿成悲剧。
陈津津介绍,儿童青少年成长过程中的心理特性是网络沉迷的主观原因。沉迷网络的行为与性格内敛、抗挫折能力差、意志品质缺乏锻炼、社会情感发展受限等问题有密切联系。此外,家长由于工作忙碌,电子设备使用时间过长,与子女交流的时间相对较少。祖辈与儿童青少年的交流存在代沟,加上同伴影响,导致孩子更容易沉迷网络。
陈津津建议家长以身作则,首先规范自身使用网络的行为,增强对孩子网络使用管理意识和能力的培养;学校也要对家长进行相关方面的指导。
陈津津还为家长们总结了一些“网络沉迷”的症状特点,她建议,发现孩子出现以下症状应引起警惕,尽快到专业机构就诊、寻求专业医生的帮助。
一是看到电脑、手机眼睛发光,专注于上网打游戏、聊天或者看视频,对无关的事情不太感兴趣;二是主观上对上网存在强烈渴求,有强迫性的上网冲动,遏制不住;三是上网时间越来越长,沉溺于网络虚拟世界中,或者需要不断进行挑战性游戏,停止上网后会出现易怒、攻击、虐待行为,为了继续上网可出现撒谎、欺骗行为;四是对人漠不关心,排斥社交,情绪低落,将上网看作一种逃避问题的方式,或通过上网释放不良情绪,如无助、内疚、焦虑、沮丧等;五是经常向父母要钱去买装备、升级等,甚至偷偷使用父母的手机、盗刷父母银行卡;六是经常恶心、厌食等,睡眠紊乱;七是注意力不能集中或持久,记忆力下降。(记者王烨捷)
