“基本待遇为工资170元/天、包吃包住、报销来回车费（若人员相对集中包车接送）、统一购买人身意外伤害保险等。工期结束还可就近推荐进厂工作等。”3月24日，黄山市导游服务公司官方微信号发布了一篇《黄山区采茶工招聘启事》。启事以黄山市导游员协会的名义表示，在目前旅游业暂时难以正常开展，导游员无法正常执业的就业空窗期，部分导游员生活面临困难，需要寻找一份临时工作，以渡过难关。黄山区人力资源和社会保障局积极联系协会，为导游员提供采茶工的岗位。

“采茶的工作没有具体要求每天采摘多少斤，但每天工作多长时间，需要听从茶企的安排，大家都是同工同酬。”上述人力资源公司工作人员称，采茶都是手工活儿，不是很累，她自己也干过。该工作人员还表示，除了导游，18至65岁的其他人员也可以报名参加，只要身体健康，无高血压、心脏病、冠心病等重大疾病史。
黄山市人力资源和社会保障局就业促进科一工作人员介绍称，因为黄山近期到了采茶的季节，茶工非常紧缺，但因为疫情期间，外地人现在不给进来，导致现在采茶的工人不够，但茶叶一直在生长等不及，不然就老了。于是通过挖掘本地的人力资源，弥补茶工短缺的现状，相当于季节工的形式，“现在我们当地导游因为没有团带了，刚好闲下来了，而茶企又缺人，所以让两方能够结合一下。”
上述人力资源和社会保障局的工作人员还提到，“仁和人力资源”是他们当地的一家人力企业，“只要报名的人力企业不收报名费，都是可以去报名当采茶工的。”
