The two pie charts display the most common advantages and disadvantages of Fairmont Island from a tourist survey.
In terms of its disadvantages, the high cost of living comes on top of the list, making up nearly half of its overall drawbacks. Second to that is entertainment, taking one third, suggesting its predominant existence. Following entertainment is the weather, taking one fifth of the overall downsides. Last on the list is the local food quality, which, though only occupying five percent, implies the limited dining options there.
On the other hand, what visitors like most about the island is the residents, making it one of the most important factors of visiting this place. Next to its locals, natural views is another major attraction, taking over one third. Its cultural elements and decent accommodation options come the third and fourth place on the ranking, though making up slightly over one tenth of its major benefits.
Overall, what visitors claimed to dislike most about Fairmont Island are the high cost of living and excessive entertainment while what they enjoy most are its locals and the natural landscape.

In second place for negative attributes is 'entertainment', with a share of 30%, while natural scenery for the positives, takes up 7% more. The quality of food, on the other hand, sees itself sitting at only 5% of the overall proportion of listed disadvantages, with its weather registering four times higher to make this category the third main disadvantage according to survey participants.
Finally, culture and decent housing, with respondents mentioning both as favorable aspects of the island, are almost at parity at just over 10%, with travelers mentioning both as favorable aspects of the island.
