我们对世界的困惑,最原始的还是在个人的内部中心,而不是外部。当我们在阅读一本书的时候,常常会以某种角色带入其中。阅读小说,会想象自己是其中的一个角色,阅读哲学,会想象自己正在与哲学家对话,总会以一种特别的方式去靠近作品本身,或者从个人的生活中找出某些原型和作品的人物剧情作比对。阅读心理学,更多的则是跟随作者前行,不断地突破某些固有的认知和原始的壁垒。去接近更加真实的自我,更加纯粹的自我,观察和审视最原始的自我,而不是社会化中被赋予多种角色的自我。

童年所经历的很多事情,看似很小,却都是一个个尚待萌芽的种子,等待时机成熟,便会发芽成长。或许一些事情,在童年的生活里,只是一些小插曲,或者说仅仅只是当时感到恐惧害怕,夜里做噩梦,时间久了也就忘记了,似乎就好像从来都没有发生过一样。类似这样的事情,非常之多,因为父母的原因,和小伙伴吵架,和自己的弟弟妹妹的冲突,或是在陌生环境的一些特殊遭遇,一些让自己感到奇怪的见闻,都将会影响到个人未来的生活与发展。当我们成年后通过测试得到的人格类型,从某些程度上也是可以反映个人的童年生活。

我们所倾向的和回避的,并不是与生俱来都是如此,而是经过一些事情之后,开始选择相信什么,开始选择不相信什么。这种倾向在生长中,就会逐渐形成不同的人格类型,这是最原始的,也是最真实的人格类型的背景原因。假如一个人在童年时期,就因为某些事情,导致自己缺乏信心,内心相对比较封闭,那么在成年之后必然在社交方面也不会特别擅长,甚至会刻意回避。这种影响可能会因此让个人失去比较有利的发展机会,或者职场上的晋升机会,也有可能错失自己美好的爱情。

之所以写这些记录,也是在生活中发现很多身边的人,常常喜欢从环境中找问题,从外在的条件上寻找解决方法,却并未意识到真正需要解决的问题,其实是自我的内在部分,而且大部分都是源自于童年生活,以及学生时代。在这样快节奏的时代,人们可以借助的工具太多了,很多问题,通过借助某些工具方法,都是可以在短时间轻松解决,但往往不能永久地解决。工具是一种很好的辅助,当环境快速变化,如果找不到更好更便捷的工具,那么个人就会陷入巨大的恐慌和焦虑之中,陷入无意义当中,甚至自暴自弃。

对于一个正在成长的青少年,仅仅只需要关注当下要做的事情,就足够了。而对于一个进入社会多年的成年人来说,生活,工作,家庭,社交,在一定程度上是比较稳定的,每天其实都是在重复地生活。在各方面遭遇的问题,似乎一直都在,也一直没有找到更好的解决办法,因为这些问题所带来的绝望和无助,是他人所无法理解的,也是不能感同身受的。要解决这些问题,就必须不断地去回忆过往,从自我的童年生活,个人成长过程中寻找答案,寻找解决的方法。

比如,很多人常常喜欢半途而废,做什么事情,都是一时起兴,开始的时候信心满满,坚持不了几天,之后便陷入僵局,随后就放弃了。于是,无论做了多少决定,都没有一件事能彻底坚持下去,就算是简单的早起早睡,或者坚持学习,培养兴趣等等。这里面有一个非常重要的原因,因为之前放弃太多次,所以对坚持已经毫不在乎,因为从来都没有体验过真正坚持后收获的喜悦,没有那种精神上的体验,就不能真正从自我的角度,去打破原有的精神的错误观念。

还有一种原因就是来自个人的生活,也许是童年的时候,因为某些兴趣想做一些事情,每次想尝试的时候,都被父母制止打断,从此也就产生了心理上的抗拒,这种抗拒和叛逆就是一粒种子,随着时间逐渐长大。成年后真正可以去做一些事情的时候,即使凭着强大的意志坚持,但是曾经的种子已经长大,会成为巨大的阻碍,很多时候我们并不知道。尽管在坚持,可是非常煎熬,也非常痛苦,最后在精神极度压抑的情况下,不得不放弃坚持。

这里想分享的地方,就是假如我们通过对自我成长的回忆,对童年的不断回顾分析,找到其中的原因,那么当我们真正在做一件事,无法继续坚持的时候,我们可以迅速找到解决办法,消除心理和精神上的障碍。这样,以后做什么事情,都能够做到持之以恒。其实,这一点和人的学习能力特别像,很多企业在招聘的时候看学历信息,并不是看真正掌握了多少知识,而是最核心的内在力量。这种内在力量可以保证一个在做任何事情的时候都能做到尽善尽美,这也是企业或者人们在社交当中,社会生活当中,以此来评判他人的一种价值标准。

个人如果想在短时间内,去改变自我,实现自我的突破,是极其困难的。这里也分享一些方法,也是在阅读和学习当中,不断总结的较为好用的办法。对于个人,首先要做的并不是立马做出改变,而是要对自己所在的环境,以及个人的状态,做出一个非常合理正确的判断。找到自我的问题所在,找到自我的优势所在,对自我的优势和问题,以清单的方式罗列出来。如果可以,最好附上相关联的案例事件。做完这一步,就需要对自我进行系统的梳理,最主要的就是找出在童年生活中,成长过程中,对自我影响很大的人和事,原因是什么,造成了什么样的结果,都要详细的记录。
