※按照招募的具体流程，将采取组织招募志愿者的方式，确定15所高校为峰会会场志愿者定点招募高校。志愿者名单确定之后将开展集中式培训，并做好志愿服务协议签订、志愿者录用通知书、证件领取及保管、发放等工作。
会场志愿者的选拔将特别注重语言能力，优先选拔德语、法语、西班牙语、阿拉伯语、印尼语等各小语种专业的志愿者。

最近杭州正在马不停蹄的路上。
12月7日，团市委召开了G20杭州峰会志愿服务基层动员部署会暨媒体交流会。各区、县(市)、开发区、景区团（工）委分管书记、志愿者工作指导中心全体成员，及省、市媒体代表等50余人参加会议。
12月8日，G20杭州峰会志愿服务工作高校动员部署会在浙江大学城市学院召开。副市长陈红英、省教育厅副厅长鲍学军、团省委副书记王慧琳、市政府副秘书长姚坚、团市委书记周扬、团市委副书记马利阳等领导出席会议。浙江大学、浙江工业大学、浙江师范大学等15所承担志愿服务工作高校党委分管学生副书记、学工部长、团委书记等相关职能部门负责人参加会议。
12月9日，G20杭州峰会志愿服务工作联络员培训班在浙大城市学院召开。副市长陈红英、团市委书记周扬、团市委副书记马利阳出席培训班开班仪式。峰会筹备办相关工作人员、联络员、培训师共100人参加培训。
