今天，我看了《中小学生地震逃生与自救》，我感触很深。也懂得了在遇到各种危险时应当去怎样自救。下面就让我给大家讲一讲吧。
火灾逃生自救方法，火魔是无情的，当你被困在火场内，生命受到威胁，在等待消防员救助的时间里，如果能够通过身边的物体采取有效的自救措施，就可以让自已在危难关头可以应对自如，从容逃离险境。一;毛巾捂鼻法：火灾烟气具有温度高、毒性大的特点，一旦吸入后很容易引起呼吸系统烫伤或中毒，因此疏散中应用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，以起到降温及过滤的作用。二：火场切勿轻易跳楼!在万不得已的情况下，住在低楼层的居民可采取跳楼的方法进行逃生。但要选择较低的地面作为落脚点，并将席梦思床垫、沙发垫、厚棉被等抛下做缓冲物。
地震自救方法：地震心理学上有一个“12秒自救机会”，即地震发生后，若能镇定自若地在12秒内迅速躲避到安全处，就能给自己提供最后一次自救机会。否则，凶多吉少。如果你地震时你在楼房中，应该迅速远离外墙及门窗，可选择厨房、浴室、厕所等开间小、不易塌落的空间避震，千万不要跳楼，也不能使用电梯。尽量不要躲在木质桌子底下，或者床底下，而应该躲在坚固家具的旁边，衣柜墙角边是比较安全的。当建筑物倒塌时，落在物体或家具上的屋顶的重力会撞击这些物体，使得靠近它们的地方留下一个空间。这个空间就是被称作的"生命三角"。
溺水自救方法：一：落水后不要心慌意乱，一定要保持头脑清醒。二：冷静地采取头地向后，口向上方，将口鼻露出水面，此时就能进行呼吸。三：呼吸要浅，吸气宜深，尽可能使身体浮于水面，以等待他人抢救。四：切记：千万不能将手上举或拼命挣扎，因为这样反而容易使人下沉。
同学们，“生命诚可贵，自救价更高”。相信，你们现在知道应该怎样自救了吧，我们一定要牢记呀，因为这些方法能给我们的生命留意线生机，否则，生命就会掌握在灾难的魔掌里。
这么远的2008年5月汶川地震，那么近的2015年1月杨桥4.8级地震，都在警示着地震离我们并不遥远。“地震虽然目前是人类无法避免和控制的,但只要掌握一些技巧,也是可以从灾难中将伤害降到最低”，这是金社初中行政班子的高度共识。
继上学期学校组织全体师生举行了地震逃生疏散演练，12月15日，学校又充分发挥多媒体教室的优势资源，通过视频对全校师生普及了地震逃生及自救知识。视频中汶川地震山崩地裂的惨烈的情形,撕肝裂肺的悲怆场景，无不深深震憾着学生，在介绍地震逃生自救知识时，学生或专注地观看，或认真做着笔记。会后的反馈，学生大都掌握了地震逃生及自救的相关知识，学校及时要求班主任在接下来的班会中要加大宣讲的力度，务必使每个学生都记住，都会做。并且布置学生写观后感，交学校进行评选，以完成对知识的巩固。
学生安全是学校工作的重中之重，暑期该校校园加固工程业已完成，校园监控系统期初安装到位，严防学生乘坐无牌无证三车的工作正如火如荼的进行……这次地震逃生及自救知识的普及，使全校师生掌握了应急避震的正确方法，熟悉了应急疏散的程序。能快速、高效、有序地应对突如其来的灾难，自救自护，从而最大限度地保护全校师生的生命安全。
近期我校举行了防震逃生的影片观看，目的让学生了解更多的地震方面的知识。我陪同学生一起观看了影片。里面地震发生的场面让人觉得是天塌下来一样。令人心惊胆战、毛骨悚然。咱们临沂是高烈度区，在三百多年前发生过郯城大地震，专家预测下一次将在三千年到五千年之年。看完了地震自救片后，我深深的感受到四川人民的勇敢，他们的镇定使我惊讶，他们的自救和营救别人的精神向我们展示了他们是新时代最令人敬佩的人。是我们祖国的骄傲!
经历四川汶川大地震后，四川人民勇敢了很多，使我们明白了什么叫一方有难八方支援，水火无情人有情。让我们倾听他们的故事，为他们祈祷，祝福他们的明天更加美好!
