02怎么做好自我介绍
提前面试中的自我介绍大致包括这四个方面：个人背景的介绍、工作学习的成就、未来的职业规划、报考此院校的动机。如何在短短的2分钟内，突出以上这几个的考察点，
一、职业经历
①如果你的职业经历很多，不要像记流水账一样的去讲诉。这样罗列的方式不仅浪费宝贵的自我介绍时间，老师听了还会不耐烦。非常可能出现你讲到一半老师就打断你的情况，这时候老师打断是非常搞心态的，你可能会因为紧张不知道说什么，对后面老师的提问也会有影响。
那就会有同学问，那怎么说才能让老师觉得我履历丰富，又不觉得我啰嗦呢？正确的做法是把职业的共性和相异的地方总结出来，共性可以体现你深挖一个领域，相异体现职业规划上的更进一步。比方说你在几个行业上过班，选你最熟悉成就最高的那份工作拿出来讲，结合其他几个工作稍微提及的讲几句，几份工作有什么联系,你有什么收货。找出工作主轴线，突出规划。不断寻求职业上的突破。
②如果你的职业经历单一，按照时间线来阐述，有亮点业绩说亮点业绩，没有就简单概括，把亮点业绩放在最前面突出体现，聊到现在工作时，顺势引出自己为什么要报考MBA。
二、 关键成就
可以用“最年轻”、“第一个”、“增长翻番”、“独自带领团队”、“首次打开市场”、“创新/升级商业模式”、“创造性实现”等画龙点睛的词汇。也可以把做的工作包装一下，能加上国际的可以加一下，这个自行体会，反正尽可能的突出自己的价值。
MBA面试的考官，有时是你所从事领域的外行，要让考官对你的成就感同身受，必须量化成就。尽量用数据说话。但切记不要说的太专业，如果考官是外行的话你说的太官方就相当于不讲人话，考官听不懂就容易打断你。
三、 语言表述
①要形成自己的语言系统、出口成章、语音尽量做到精简化。面试前多练习，形成口语化的特色。
②和面试官营造一种交流互动的氛围，可以像和朋友聊天一样，但要注意礼貌，语言、手势和眼神交流都要到位。考生的情绪、态度、思维等因素，都会成为评判元素。
③说话声音不要太小，要让面试官对你眼前一亮，对你产生好奇，不要说重复的话。
