为了认真搞好春季植树造林活动，推动我县全域生态园林先行区建设和省级绿化模范县创建工作，加快生态建设步伐，现就义务植树有关事项通知如下：
一、时间地点
__年3月12日上午9时在近堤小村镇段开展春季集中义务植树活动。各镇(中心)义务植树时间和地点自行安排。
二、参加人员
全体县级领导，县级相关单位，小村镇人民政府全体干部职工。
三、几点要求
1.义务植树活动由县农林局负责组织实施，各相关单位的主要领导必须参加，提早组织干部职工在指定时间和地点参加植树活动。各单位自备车辆，自带铁锨和水桶。
2.植树时必须严格按技术规程操作，挖坑规格为60厘米见方，切实做到“苗端、根展、深栽、踏实”，栽植后必须修好高20—25厘米的环状浇水坑，并浇透定根水。小村镇政府要安排专人管护。
3.县农林局要派技术人员做好现场指导，栽植结束后进行检查验收，对不履行义务植树的单位，县上将通报批评，并按每株50元的标准收缴绿化费，同时会同县联合督查室对各镇(中心)义务植树开展情况进行督查。
4.各镇(中心)要将各自义务植树活动安排于3月10日前上报县绿化办。
5.小村镇政府负责为义务植树各单位引导行车路线，安排停车地点，确保义务植树顺利进行。
6.各单位参加义务植树时必须注意安全，严防各类不安全事故的发生。
7.县交警大队负责做好周普路及渭河堤坝路交通疏导。
