蛋白质是一种对健康至关重要的营养物质，是生命的物质基础，我们的皮肤、肌肉、内脏、毛发、韧带、血液等都是以蛋白质为主要成分的形式存在的。
糖类与脂质、糖类与蛋白质可以相互转化，但脂质与蛋白质只能单向转化，只由蛋白质转化为脂质。
