我们可以看下一个部分，提了我们要注意的这些原则以后，关于我们自我介绍再详细撰写的时候，一个结构和方法的部分，我简称为30秒法则，也就说我把一个自我介绍分成四个模块来进行内容的梳理。
第一个模块实际上是开头的部分，讲求万事开头难，也就说一下能够吸引到老师的注意力和兴趣，往往是自我介绍当中比较有挑战的部分。
老师对于你的形象定位往往也来源于你前30秒所讲述的内容，所以在这个地方往往有两种的描述方式：
第一种描述方式是关于自我的一个概括，比如说各位老师好，我是谁？毕业于什么学校的什么样的专业，在哪个领域有多少年的从业的经验，目前供职于什么公司，做什么样的岗位，负责什么样的业务，一个非常简短的30秒的内容，对于你个人形象的体现和突出在当下的时点来说是最佳的。一般我不建议顺序化的讲解，顺序化的讲解容易出现的问题就是老师在最开始自我介绍的时候专注度最高，所以也就意味着如果你在第一时间讲了你的第一份工作的话，而它又不是你工作当中的重点，而目前的工作才是老师对你的印象就会停留在第一份工作。他主体的发问也可能会从第一份工作开始，而你真正有成就的部分，往往是你目前当下的工作。
所以我建议的结构是在第一小部分，大家可以主要采用综述自己目前状态的方式，来给老师一个明确的定位和呈现，让他知道目前的你是什么样的一个状态，这是一种方式。
第二种方式，通过故事的形式讲述一个小的故事，或者是讲述你目前所做的事情，它的核心价值点，如果能够有比较好的核心价值点被挖掘的话，利用这种方式比较容易快速抓住老师的注意力。所以这是关于开头的部分，要么就用综述的方式，要么就用讲故事的方式都可以比较好的快速帮助老师注意到你的特性和对你产生定位。
那么第二个部分是引发兴趣，我姑且把第二个部分和第三个部分归结为一个大类引发兴趣会来自于你要领取个人成长当中最值得提的一些经历，亦或是你丰富人生阅历及出色的工作经验的结合。
那也就是说你在第二个大的模块就是第三第二点和第三点描述的过程当中，大家要去注意的，你在这个阶段描述什么呢？
你的职业发展的几个阶段，比如说一般来说我们在向老师描述的时候，都是职业发展的三个阶段，一个阶段来自于我工作的初期，这个阶段主要是你工作和职业能力初始形成的部分，中间的阶段往往是第二份工作，或者是你在同一单位职级获得了提升之后，所承担的职责不同了以后，所带来的一些职位提升之后的你的工作成果的展现，第三段，职业经历往往是你目前的一个阶段。
如果有的同学在整个的工作经历过程当中，工作年限较短的话，没有三段的这样的经历的话，那么也可以把它缩短到两段，但是绝不能仅仅是一段，因为你需要让老师看到你职业发展当中一个平滑成长的曲线，如果你工作了数年，但是你的职业发展和职位上都没有变化和提升的话，从学校角度是难以接受的。哪怕你所在的企业和体系是一个比较好的体系，这个就是我提示的第二点的部分。
在每一段的职业经历里，我们来描述什么呢？我们核心来描述的是通过量化的数字，创新型的事件和一些其他的结论，亦或是你在工作当中获奖的一些成果，都是可以来去呈现你这份工作的结论性的内容的，也就是说每一个点都是老师可以用来发问的。我举个例子，比如说关于做销售岗位的同学，他可能描述的是我在这个公司这个岗位上负责什么样的业务，每一年的业绩能达到一个什么样的增速，在全公司的排名如何，并因此获得过什么样的奖励，创新型的开拓过什么样的客户，或者是渠道或者是项目，这样的描述能让老师迅速的抓住一些可量化和可提问的具体性的内容。那么对于老师考核你来说是一个非常好的引导，那么每一个点你都是做好了准备，能去应对和回答的，这样就会使得老师的提问整个是在我们的影响范围之内的。
所以在第二第三个部分，主要是来描述你的一个职业成长历程，三个阶段的一个发展，如果时间短的两个阶段的一个发展，每一个点里面用可量化的或者是创新的或者是第一次的或者是获奖的一些成果和精力来去描述。如果大家的工作不是这种相对可量化的，而是一个研究型的或者内部性的工作的话，你在描述的时候，往往要将你的成果和公司的业务端的变化和发展相关。比如说我是做技术研发的，我跟老师讲说我研发了多少款产品，这个东西并不能够让老师感觉到你在商业端的价值，而是要讲我通过创新型的产品研发，而给公司创造了多少的收益的增长，这样的描述方式能够使蔑视你的所有老师，更接受你的价值和能力。
之前我们在前面的课程当中讲过，关于面试官来自于学校的教授和校友企业家，对于这些小企业家来说，大部分其实是业务出身，或者是人力出身的背景的。那么对于干企业内部工作的同学，如果不能将自己的工作和企业发展的一些成果做联系做连接的话，很难获得他们的认可，很难获得他们的认可。
因为MBA本身就是一个偏向于业务端型人才培养的这么一个体系，再说4第4个部分就是引出行动，这个部分核心就是我们为什么要来读MBA？这个地方与商学院的联系是什么？比如说我目前已经被公司提拔到什么岗位，或者是领导要将我提拔到什么样的岗位，面对新的位置和角色的话，我觉得自己在哪些方面还需要提升和加强，亦或是我们在工作当中遇到了什么样的困惑和问题。
好，带着这些问题，我希望能够通过MBA的学习，对我产生对应的助力。这个地方要注意，当你工作当中遇到的困难或者问题的时候，他一定是这种跟你未来发展结合会比较紧密的问题，而不是你真的在胜任你目前工作上遇到了问题，这个地方要注意。所以整个的自我介绍，如果分大的模块的话，3个模块如果细化是4个模块，第一块综述你自己的整体的背景情况，快速让老师对你产生定位。中间大的模块二三点2个小的部分，用来快速的使老师能够知道你职业发展的几个阶段，以及每个阶段当中你所取得的成绩和成果，通过客观事实可以向你发问。
最后一个部分用来呈现我们为什么在现在这个时间点要来考虑读MBA这个事情。那么这样的一个自我介绍就会是一个好的自我介绍。
