自我介绍的时间，大概 2分钟左右，不要过长，过长有可能被老师打断，这样会打乱你 的节奏，也有的考场老师不要求作自我介绍，这都是正常现象，不要紧张。
自我介绍一般包括三部分内容：

2. 工作经历及业绩：工作单位，职责，业绩等。 （业绩很重要，自我介绍里可以反复强 调，引起老师的兴趣，把老师往你擅长的领域引导）
3. 长、短期职业规划，为什么要来读MBA，为什么来人大读mba。
自我介绍关键点：
（1）突出亮点（即前面说的，过去干得好的事，你的工作业绩）。
（2）扬长避短：如果有短板，一定准备好解释，在逻辑上说得通，不要在这个问题上纠缠。 第二部分提问环节，我去年是根据时间轴来进行问题 梳理，这个时间轴包括过去、现在、 未来：梳理问题之前，一定要仔细剖析你的材料，深入了解你的行业、你所在的“细分”领域、你的公司、你自己。
